Information we collect
When you sign up for or exchange text messages with us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, communication preferences, the content of your messages, and technical records such as delivery, engagement, consent, and opt-out status.
How we use it
We use this information to send the messages you requested, respond to questions, send separately requested promotional messages about recruiting, events, coaching, agent resources, and brokerage opportunities, provide operational updates including meeting reminders, schedule changes, training announcements, and support responses, maintain consent and opt-out records, and protect the security and integrity of our communications.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile information, including text-message opt-in data and consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the messaging program—such as Brevo, telecommunications carriers, and website or technology providers—or when required by law. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us or meet legal obligations.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
SMS enrollment is optional. Promotional and operational messages have separate consent choices. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Data retention and protection
We retain messaging information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the program, document consent and opt-out requests, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our services. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
