Stop text messages
Reply STOP to the most recent text message you received from us. Brevo will record the request and blocklist that mobile number from future SMS campaigns.
Reply STOP directly in the existing message thread from the SMS program. A final confirmation message may be sent. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop marketing emails
Use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from us. That link is unique to your Brevo contact record and is the fastest way to update your email preference.
What happens next
Your choice applies to the channel you selected. Unsubscribing from SMS does not automatically unsubscribe an email address, and unsubscribing from email does not automatically blocklist a mobile number. You may still receive communications that are required by law or messages you specifically request after opting out.
